Role & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
- Job posting for new openings on various job portals
- Sourcing candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Mass mailing, Networking & Employee Referrals
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Conducting & Co-ordinating campus recruitment
- Responsible for general administration
- Responsible for conducting first level orientation of new joinee, documentation
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records
- Preparing employee records & updating internal employee databases
- Responsible for handling post joining activity effectively, leave & attendance management
Required key skills :
