Roles & Responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, clients and their customers. You will also be responsible for client communication and coordinating with them for conducting new feature demonstration and training sessions. You will need to resolve client and end customer queries on a daily basis. Uphold established standards, processes, and best practices and further improve them.
