Responsibilities and Duties
Taking inbound calls and outbound calls.
Provide support to customers and resolve queries.
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chat.
Attend escalation calls related to pickups, returns, delivery etc.
Co-ordination with internal department.
No sales / No targets.
Strong Problem solving skills., Good Communication skills , Computer literate, knowledge of windows and excel.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience-2 to 3 years
Qualification - UG/ Graduate
Must have experience in ecommerce company.
