1. Deliver and serves lunch, tea, water and other snacks to staff members as per their requirements.
2. Assists in menial office tasks required by the office staff; like photocopying & scanning documents, delivering files and documents to other staff members, dispatching documents, etc.
3. Prepares tea and coffee for staff members.
4. Maintains the cleanliness of the office kitchen.
5. Maintaining and devising office systems, including filing, data management etc.
6. Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
