2. Must be fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada.
3. Respond to customer query and escalations.
4. Provide email/ Chat support/ Voice support to customer to reduce issues.
5. Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received.
6. Should learn domain specific software, training will be given.
