Greetings from KSK Business Consultant!!

We are looking for a Full Time position of Business Development Officer – Sales and Marketing in various cities of India.

Eligibility: MBA (Marketing) / Graduation Degree (related to sales & marketing) or experience in the Sales & Marketing Department, or have working experience as a sales executive before.

A. The offer of the Employment

The following outlines the terms of employment:

1. The incumbent will be earning a fixed salary, other benefits and Sales Based Incentive. The incentive slabs will be discussed at the time of the interview with the candidates.

2. The Incumbent’s employment confirmation is subject to a 01-month training cum Probation period. This period of time allows us to determine, if the candidate is suitable for the Position. In the case of Non Performance or Non Suitability of the incumbent during the Probation period, the company reserves the right to terminate the employment without any notice and compensation obligation to the incumbent.

3. Expenses occurred for sales purpose will be given by the company as per the company policy.

B. Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage relationships with clients and bring them on-board.

2. Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets. Maximizing new business development opportunities.

3. Perform sales activities in his designated city/Region and adjoining potential area and run promotional activities etc.

4. He must be willing to visit clients individually and generate leads or business. He has to report all the leads to his designated supervisor on a daily basis.

5. Develop and implement the sales plan, Tactical Approach, and Profit targets.

6. Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.

7. Keeping a close watch on changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.

8. The incumbent is expected to carry out the duties assigned in a competent, professional and efficient manner.

C. Skills

1. Must have the experience to handle a team of sales agents.

2. Should be ready for the field (75%) for lead generating. 

3. Must have the knowledge to access the internet, social apps and basic skills of generating leads into cash by impressing people.

4. Sales Strategy for this post has to be followed by a combination of the company’s module and with personal field experience.

5. Must have good communication skills and access knowledge of Local regional language and English.

Other Benefits: Medical Benefit, mobile expense, Office Workspace after 1 month of probation period.

Salary: 15,000.00 to 25,000.00 /month
