Evening/ Overnight Customer Support Executive
Provide online chat and telephonic support to customers
Convert customer requests to sales
Represent company to customers and resolve issues
Follow up issues for resolution and gain feedback
Increase customer satisfaction and develop PR
Roles & Responsibilities:
CSA is required to take inbound calls related to customer requests, queries and complaints .
Clarity in speech with neutral accent.
Should have problem solving attitude.
Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization.
Graduate degree of any discipline
Excellent communication skills and focused on customer satisfaction
Fluent in at least English spoken languages.
Minimum work experience: 0-2 years
5 Working Days (Sat-Sun Off)
Salary: ₹15,000 to - ₹30,000.00 /month
