- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

- Answers incoming telephone lines and takes and relays messages as required. Receives visitors and directs them as appropriate.
- Performs routine typing and computer-related tasks and filing assignments for the Administrator and all department managers.
- Carries out various clerical duties and prepares reports as required.
- Sorts and directs incoming mail and processes outgoing mail to the post office.
- Consult with Technical Support on product behaviour and provide assistance on complicated customer issue resolution
