SAP HCM Consultant



OM/PY/TM/ESS/MSS

Total Experience: 7-10 Years

Relevant Experience: 5+ Years

Job Location: Noida

NP: Immediate/15 Days max

Education: Any Graduate/B.Tech/B.E

Optional Qualification: MBA in HR

SAP Certification: Will be plus



Implementations/Support:



Min 4 end to end implementations OM & PA, Payroll and Time Management (Positive)
Min 4 support & rollout projects
Min 1 project hands on experience in HANA Migration


Mandatory Technical Skills:

Minimum 5 years exp in SAP HCM as Functional Consultant

Should have done 4 end to end implementations in Payroll (India) and Time Management (+/-)

Excellent hands on experience in Payroll & Time Schema/PCRs

Excellent hands on experience in India Statutory legislation incluidng Income Tax configuration

Should have Min 3 years of HR domain experience

Should have an excellent exposure to ASAP Methodology phases and deliverables

Excellent knowledge on India Public Sector HR Processes in the area of Payroll & Time

Should have hands on experince in S/4 HANA migration

Should be technicall strong in SAP HR Module

Exposure to S4 HANA migration. This is a mandatory skill for S4 HANA projects

Minimum ABAP debugging skills

ESS/MSS with FIORI Apps knoweldge will be added advantage



Mandatory Soft skills:

Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Should have good attitude and learning desire

Should have created Test scripts, User Manuals and Configuration guides

Should have Good client handling skills

Should be able to manage customer independently

Should have team building and collaborative working skills

Should be ready to relocate to any location in India or outside India
