Job Description

To be thoroughly familiar with the entire property & cognizant of the areas and functions likely to require attention by the Security Associate.
To serve as a principal source of information on rules and procedures governing security and parking operations.
To ensure compliance with established rules and regulations.
To oversee the work of all employees and provide constant guidance.
To frequently check fire and security systems for proper operation.
To be able to troubleshoot security system and retrieve necessary information.
To Identify and report operational problems and hence initiate corrective action and assist with diagnosis and correction of the problems.
To frisk any employee for security purpose.
Patrol the assigned area & check for suspicious occurrences and also ensure that the parking rules and regulations are enforced.
To handle guest complaints.
To ensure to alert the police, ambulance and/or fire service when necessary.

Work Experience

Any Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant experience with fair speaking & writing skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge is required .
