Job Description:

Township Housing Management

Ensuring allotment of township accommodation (Family and Bachelor) as per eligibility of employees

Ensuring readiness of quarters and Handing over/Taking over the possession

Ensuring to update township resident list. Furniture inventory control. Shifting of Furniture. Tenting arrangements in events. Laundry Services taken care, its billing and maintain record

Sanitation and Hygiene Entire Plant and township

Supervision of Housekeeping work at Plant, Mines, Admin Office and township

Ensuring pest control work monitor and control.

Ensuring Honey bee removal job at Plant and Non plant area.

Ensuring garbage to dump at designated place of Plant and township.

Housekeeping. manpower deployment and supervision. Address complaint of Housekeeping at entire area.

Guest House and Pantry Management

Ensuring Overall management of Guest House.

Monthly Menu planning for guest house.

Ensure preparation of hygienic food and ensure deliver to the diners.

Ensure proper billing and recovery done for dinners and contractor/visitors.

Costing, budgeting and maintain its record.

Ensure Monthly MIS report of Guest House is prepared and shared with HOD

Administrationof Plant, Colonies & Mines

Ensuring to prepare PR, Entry sheet, reservation and processing bills of Admin.

Capex & Revenue Budget, Assets record and tagging on SAP. Electrical Bill making & recovery from employees, vendors and contractors. All type of recoveries i.e. Mobile, DTH, Laundry, Guest House, etc. Material indent and its record

Shopping Complex, Mobile DTH and other Admin Services
Timely renewal of Agreements of Shopping complex vendors. Overall control of DTH, Liaison with Vendor and explore new options to optimize cost. Overall control of Vodafone Idea - Allotment of mobile Sims, monthly bills, number portability issue, No dues etc. Allotment of Township accommodation - Prepare seniority list, maintain quarter availability data, Allotment letters etc. To develop various SOPs for smooth function of Admin activities for approval. Project Office maintenance, complaint handling and its record.
Qualifications:

Diploma,Bachelors in Hotel Management,Any Graduate
Minimum Experience Level:
7-12 Years
