QA/QC/Quality Check/Quality In Charge/Quality Assurance/Quality Analyst/Quality Control/Quality Manager/Quality Supervisors/Quality Assistants
- Applicants should have experience between 6 to 12 years, in any 'FMCG or Beverages industries.'
- Entrants should have expertise into quality check of products such as juices, soft-drinks, sparkling water, mineral water, packaged water, carbonated drinks, etc.
- They must be proficient 'Quality management & Quality Assurance with domain expertise in Beverage & Fresh Produce.
- Should have basic knowledge about conducting the internal audits and its requirements, should be skilled in maintaining the quality operations.
- Managing Batch preparation as per production plan & coordinating to increase productivity
- Analyzing and increasing productivity of the employee with appropriate assignments
- Making daily report including down time, planed and actual preparation, Line status, daily
issues & status
o Imparting training on:
o GMP, CCP, HACCP & Food Safety
o Customer Complain awareness & Allergens - Maintaining hygiene of machinery / equipment / instruments to produce products as per
standard - Implementing LOTO & Manufacturing Practices and reporting any abnormality of
machinery - Coordinating with R&D for the new trials; reviewing WIP and inform RM team for any
shortfalls - Highlight & report near miss or any safety related issue to Safety team leader.
