- Applicants should have understanding of overall procurement process & ensures cost reduction.
- He/she will beresponsible for all materials rising purchase order and coordinate with suppliers for timely supplies.
- Negotiating terms of price, payment and delivery for indents generated.
- Responsible for material receipt with proper documentation.
- Candidate must have expertise into vendor development, vendor negotiations & overall vendor management activities.
- Resolving all queries raised by sales team by getting proper and timely feedback from vendor.
- Applicants with good interpersonal communication skills will be preferred.
LogisticsProfessionals
- Candidates should have experience & knowledge into preparation of Export Documentation for different manufacturing facilities.
- Responsible forFreight Negotiations with different forwarders & liners for Air & Sea Shipments.
- Liable for forwarding finalizations based on freight quotations.
- He/she will be the authorities person for booking containers for Shipments from Different Manufacturer.
- Must be aware aboutB/L & AWB instructions and approvals to the Liners/Agents.
Note:- Candidates having experiencewith any Export Pharma Company/Raw materials/Chemical Intermediates/Active Pharma Intermediates (APIs) Purchase, will be given preference.
