- experience in upgradation of crm from on-premise 2016 to online d365.
- experience in server side integration of sharepoint and microsoft email exchange.
- experience in .net version 4.5 and above,net core, c , lambda expressions, linq, css, formcontext js model, oops concepts etc.
- experience in integrating dynamics crm with custom web services/web apis.
- experience in ribbon and sitemap customization using ribbon workbench as well as manual customization.
- minimum 2 years of client facing experience.
- ability to work with crm rest-based and soap api.
- experience with power apps, microsoft flow, logic apps azure functions.
- experience in ssrs and power bi reports for ms dynamics crm 365.
- experience in filtered views and security measures in dynamics crm.

- gather business requirements, conduct business process analysis, create fit-gap report and design solutions to address business needs

- estimate the effort
- conduct user and administrator training
- assist sales and presales teams to prepare proposals, participate on client presentations and support business development and the sale of professional services when necessary
- design, develop, document and support client s business needs on dynamics crm
- responsible for the delivery and execution of project tasks designed to implement microsoft dynamics crm
- provide daily status report in the format prescribed
- mentor junior resources
