Job Description Job Title: Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant Classification: Exempt Reports To: VP, Professional Services Education Level: Bachelor's/Master's Degree

The primary responsibility of this role would be to consult and coach our customers in executing organizational change management ( "OCM) deliverables leading to a smooth adoption of Innovapptive's mobility solutions. The role would act as the point of contact for OCM tactical activities such as ensuring our customers follow the best practices on planning, execution, and successful delivery of change management. The OCM consultant will be accountable for making sure our customers are able to capture desired value and ROI from our products and implementations.

As a change management consultant, identifying which areas in an organization have the highest risk of adoption is key. This could be employees, business systems, or organizational processes. The OCM consultant will be accountable for developing strategies to address these risks as well as ensuring these strategies are implemented. Change management consultants must be capable of assessing situations, taking employees and business aims into consideration. The OCM Consultant will need to operate with a strategic mindset, collaborate effectively across global teams, and execute with precision on the project(s) or initiative(s) in scope working alongside with the customer's leadership team and project managers.

Worksite Location: Hyderabad, India Travel Percentage: 25% - 30%

Working with our customers and Customer Success organization to coach and drive customers on organizational change management deliverables such as: Change strategy Change vision Change charter and scope Change assessments (i.e. impact, readiness, culture, resistors) Stakeholder engagement plan Communications plan (executive, end user, supervisor, etc)


Training and coaching plan Creation of e-learning strategies utilizing a variety of tools KPI identification to measure Innovapptive solution adoption and value delivered Overseeing change management tasks on implementations, including: Accountable for ensuring our customer executes on recommended OCM strategies and content Obtain understanding of customer success criteria, project outcomes and end user stories Providing best practices to address specific adoption and change issues at customers OCM maturity and readiness assessment from start to finish Lead OCM governance meetings, present on OCM progress at executive steering committee meetings Successful handoff from Innovapptive Sales, and to Innovapptive Customer Success Constructing cases which initiate change, understanding and projecting specific benefits to come from these changes Advising on stakeholder engagement and change program accomplishments as well as determining long term changes to the business Managing Innovapptive's OCM collateral library, including communication strategy for Sales Creating and conducting coaching and training sessions for our Professional Services Project Managers and Solution Consultants Understanding Sales pipeline and prospects, being involved in prospect-facing Sales meetings regarding OCM topics Mentoring and supporting junior OCM team members and assigning tasks where relevant Ability to acknowledge and address any customer OCM issues and resolve these with the intent of exceeding client expectation Helping with Customer Success engagement programs to track adoption and develop strategies to increase adoption when necessary Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience and Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent on-the-job experience Recognized formal change management certification in one of the following (or similar) is preferred Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) PROSCI Certification


4 to 8 years of experience executing change management-related activities for a software company Professional Services organization Established and executed change management project(s) within an organization concentrating on field workers collaborating with back office operations Experience selling change management services to prospects, partnering with a Sales organization Certification in PMP, APMP, Prince 2 or P30 is a plus. Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels including internal and external executives, stakeholders, and associates Ability to multitask and be adaptable in a fast-changing environment Ability to juggle different projects/priorities and deliver high quality outcomes under pressure The ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business Excellent organizational skills Connected worker business acumen Seeks feedback for continuous improvement Ability to articulate the business value of recommendations/plans/strategies Experience working on ERP implementations, enterprise wide technology transformations, cloud-based implementations Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a multi-cultural and global environment Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision Ability to deal with ambiguity, solutions-oriented mindset Ability to work with others
