Job Description

Role/Project Description Title: UI / UX Designer
Summary: The UI / UX responsibilities include designing and developing browser-based applications. Mobile and client portals. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities: The UI / UX Designer responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualizing site design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• 5-8 years of expertise and hands-on with browser-based web applications and designing such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API's. Good to have knowledge of Angular 7 and above
• Design Themes development expertize
• Templatized interface and view development

Qualifications: BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject and a minimum of 7 years of professional work experience in a mid-d or large corporate Information Technology environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once. Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate uncertainty.

Physical Demands: Occasional local travel may be required with the remaining time dedicated to working at the corporate office.
