The Retail Business Service (RBS) Training team builds people capabilities to deliver great customer experience. We are a team of passionate learning professionals innovating to build people skills. As a Instructional Designer you will be responsible to design, develop and evaluate training to provide a great learning experience to a global audience. You will need to deliver results in a fast paced and ambiguous environment, invent and simplify to develop new solutions, earn trust of stakeholders and insist on highest standards to make learning easy and engaging for our employees. You will own training needs end to end from analysis to driving effectiveness. Roles and Responsibilities:

. Perform needs and task analyses, scope projects, and design and develop the most appropriate training approach and courseware to meet the learning needs of our diverse employees in multiple global locations.
. Prioritize effectively to manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives through the full instructional design process
. Collaborate effectively with program managers, subject matter experts (SMEs), business leader to seek inputs and direction
. Evaluate training data to enhance training effectiveness.
. Manage LMS related processes and reporting.

Basic Qualifications :
. A bachelor's degree
. At least 8 years' experience in learning content development.
. Hands on experience using e-learning authoring software such as Adobe captivate, Articulate storyline and graphic design tools such as photo shop or Adobe CC illustrator.
. Comprehensive knowledge and proven application of instructional theories and principles in both on-line and classroom learning.
. Excellent project management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
. Proven competence using a LMS such as cornerstone

Preferred Qualifications :
. Certification on Instructional Design and relevant authoring tools.
. Certification in Project management
. Knowledge and experience of programing
