Job summary
Amazon's International Technology organization is expanding its software engineering team in Bangalore. We are searching for smart, energetic and passionate Software Development Engineers to solve complex technical problems, build and manage smart engineering teams and manage programs and stakeholders distributed across the globe.

InTech Bangalore develops solutions for the European retail markets. We develop EU first retail solutions that are built to scale to other markets that would benefit from them. We achieve this goal by creating simple and elegant experiences, working across many Amazon services and workflows, all the way through to responsive website development using Amazon's newest website platform architectures and front-end technologies.

Basic Qualifications :
. 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
. Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
. 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
-BS, MS, or PhD in computer science/computer engineering or equivalent
-3+ years of industry experience
-Expertise in Java, HTML, JQuery, JavaScript, CSS
-Experience in object oriented programming concepts
-Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, unit testing & integration testing, code coverage concepts, code refactoring, static code metreics
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Experience in mentoring junior engineers
-Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.

Preferred Qualifications :
-Experience with distributed systems, networking, or storage
-Experience with Android, iOS
-Experience in working with cross functional teams
-Experience with Agile Methodology and Test driven development.
