. Analytical skills and ability to provide various reports based on qualitative and quantitative information to identify trends
. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and foster excellent working relationships with internal and external partners to work collaboratively
. VBA, R, Python knowledge preferred to develop database of qualitative and quantitative program and client reporting system
. Ability to research and resolve inquiries and issues
. Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
. Advanced or Power User level knowledge and experience in using the MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
