Job Information Job Title IND Consultant I GSMS Job Code Track TEAM Business Unit RACS ARL Level (1 - 9) 7 Reports to Manager - CRM Analytics Education Any Degree Work Experience 4-6 years of experience Shift Timings 7.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. (Any changes will be communicated as necessary) Scope Work Description/Role Summary: (Brief 4-5-line description of the role) Good knowledge of working on Oracle CRM to manage the case queue. Support on cases related to account creation, account changes etc. Support Oracle related data management projects including data quality review, analysis and clean up. Good knowledge to perform primary and secondary researches in Avention or D&B for analyzing data, identifying company's hierarchy (whether parent or subsidiary etc). Should be responsible to perform validation check of company related information and typically will be working on verification, rule based and decision-based environment. Good understanding of data quality methodologies and ability to analyze impacts of Data Quality Assessments reports. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for onboarding of accounts and any other requirements. Should possess practical knowledge of working in MS Office suites. Possess abilities in Critical Thinking, Job Task Planning and Organizing. Provide ideas for process improvement/ automation. Possesses good data management skills and is proficient in doing web searches and gather required information. Role overview: (Detailed role description 10-12 lines) Will be responsible for supporting the Aon business. The position provides support to the extended sales team across the globe in account onboarding, account changes and data management activities. The individual will primarily be responsible for coordination and completion of Aon Connect cases, data management activities as well as day to day project management for the team to ensure delivery of high quality work within the required deadlines for a variety of regional offices around the globe. Skills & Knowledge Requirements: Good understanding of Data Analysis and Business Research. Practical knowledge of MS Office product suites. Advanced excel skills would be an added advantage. Working knowledge of Oracle CRM/Any CRM tools. Mandatory Skills (Behavioral) Should possess problem solving and decision-making skills. Takes directions well and is a good team player. Can do' attitude, flexibility, ability to respond quickly and creatively to changing requirements. Mandatory Skills (Specialized) Proficient in Business communication (Email, calls etc.).
