Job Purpose

"This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd." Manage the entire communication journey of a customer for respective business. This would include engagement with business COE's, IT teams. Includes all stages right from identification of communications in the customer journey till creation, go live. Hind sighting of journeys to identify gaps if any. Driving communication across the verticals and enabling customer friendly text in the complete journey of a customer. Engagement with Business COE team, IT, service teams to strengthening customer experience & thereby connect with internal or external stakeholders for conversion of planning which would provide with cost benefits & better customer experience.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

* Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) 1. Communication Designing & Creation . Complete Ownership on Communications in a Customer Journey- pre- acquisition & post acquisition (transactional). Communication for respective business mapped to has to include all communication channels - SMS Email Notifications on app On screen notifications. . Creative ability to devise communication strategies and confidence to explain communication techniques to stakeholders . Engage with the Business & Service Team to understand new business flow & communication identified in the customer journey. Agree/ Add new requirements if missed in the journey post collaborative analysis with business. . Ensure Journeys agreed are raised with IT for communication that needs to be worked on by the respective team 2. Governance Management . Run change management board (CG) for all Business COE's and operations team for Communication . Ensure CG governance adhered & ensuring communication guidelines on all communications are sent as per schedule for the relevant journeys . Review & verify the reporting dashboards created by the IT team for communication. . Monitor regularity and accuracy of the interaction flow across channels and type of communications in the customer journey. 3. Testing and Validations . Perform Regression Testing and verify the communication flows of various use cases being deployed by the IT team. . Guide Business teams in performing BUATs once the product has been provided for Business UAT. . Ensure Maintain Issue trackers and updates. . Work with IT for bug fixes and amendments shared by Business and Service teams. 4. Project Management and Go to Market communications . Identify steps/stages for project at hand create & maintain project trackers . Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to all the stakeholders. . Intake new communication initiatives & implement new technological functional within the projects. . Perform research to benchmark communication frameworks run in the market 5. Service requirements for Super App- EMI cards B2B and Rewards Program . Raising requirement with IT for functionalities/capabilities in new App journey . Discussion and agreement on the approach with key stakeholders . Review and feedback on screen in collaboration with Service COEs Business and Legal . Biz UAT Signoff . Discussion with IT for implementation of opportunities . CUG on live environment . App Launch . Maintenance of Service functionalities / KPIs & monitoring

Required Qualifications and Experience

* a) Qualifications . Minimum Qualification: Graduates, MBA preferred b) Work Experience . 4-6 years of experience in communication, content & project management. . Working knowledge of MS Office applications . Good communication skills . Should have Project management capabilities. . Should have worked across different IT businesses and IT products.
