About the Role
The person will be responsible for designing learning interventions and content for frontline D2C team for classroom and digital interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery and Governance:
Understand and devise training requirements in line to Product, service, selling and customer experience management
oNHIP (New Hire training intervention)
oOFA ( On Field Action )
oJKQ and Refresher Training for the existing population
To manage training interventions in line to the Central Business teams and adherence to training quality
Analyze productivity and performance to device Training Need Analysis
Training implementation and delivery guidelines basis the business requirement and central business team
Training audit once per quarter ensuring delivery effectiveness
Yearly trainer booting and certification

Operations and Business Hygiene
Drive training and certification targets for new and existing store staff
Identify gaps & create solutions to improve the induction & output of store staff

Productivity enhancement
Consultation around training implementation in line driving numbers and productivity targets
Crafting productivity enhanced solutions / trainings for the respective LOBs

Content Management
Conceptualize, get developed and implement content for all training
Conduct periodic need-gap-analysis and use the same to improve on the existing content quality
Experience & Skills
5 + years of content creation experience.
Instructional designing certificate
Proficient in creating digital and classroom content
