As a member of the on-site services team, you provide technical support and operational excellence related to IT services.
How you will contribute
You will work with technology teams at global, regional and in-country levels to ensure that enterprise initiatives and supplier agreements are delivered to local markets cost effectively and with a high degree of customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you will effectively oversee the vendors performing these services for Mondel'z and work closely with the wider IT team to ensure seamless alignment and provide overall leadership for IT field services in your area who support IT infrastructure setups, namely networks, hosting, end-user computing, printing, fixed and mobile voice services. You will also work with vendors to ensure resource needs being met across the country or business unit.

  • Infrastructure technology, vendor relationship management and customer engagement experience and business acumen
  • IT infrastructure
  • Working effectively with internal and external teams, leading when necessary
  • Supplier relationship and contract management
  • Customer service and communicating effectively, verbally and in writing

  • Own conceptualization, development and launch of all product needs for the Mondel'z direct-to-consumer business
  • Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to prioritize work streams
  • Create roadmaps based on user feedback, data and market needs
  • Maintain an informed point of view by emerging him/herself into the user experience and via continuous self-education know how to wear a user hat regardless the part of the business
  • Drive execution with the external technical teams across all aspects of the business
  • Evangelize adoption of the new features across the back end and front end of the business
  • Maintain documentation, guides and tutorials.
  • Compile and author user stories and define acceptance criteria for modules.
  • Work with external partners and industry peers to bring in newer capabilities to the platform that can drive differentiated engagement and positively impact revenue growth.
  • Have a keen eye on customer experience reviewing from time to time, user complaints and taking proactive measures to resolve issues and pre-empt them.
  • Setup and monitor regularly sales metrics, operational metrics, consumer satisfaction scores etc
  • The KPIs defined will have a close relation to product evolution and the individual should be able to tailor product evolution backed with results.

Product leadership experience
  • 2-3 years of product management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of leading techprojectsto completion
  • Demonstrated track record of creating tangible business impact
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complicated user problems through the creation of elegant systems that appear simple but handle complexity behind the scenes
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp business needs, break them down, work with engineering/tech teams and ensure timely delivery to the business
