Position Description:

Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development. Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions. Second level professional with direct impact on results and outcome.
Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Minimum of 5+ years of Experience in MS Dynamics AX implementation or Support
. Working knowledge on D365FO is MUST
. Experience with successful implementations (at least 2 years of experience on large projects)
. Help in minimize gaps between standard AX 2012 and D365 FO and customer's business processes
. Develop technical and system design specifications
. Knowledge on Version Upgrade
. Review and edit requirements, specifications and business process and recommend proposed AX 2012 & D365 FO solutions
. Excellent technical/architectural understanding of application development, MS Dynamics AX
. Employ the ability to understand, communicate, and interpret customer's business processes and requirements
. Experience with system performance management/performance improvements in Dynamics AX
. Experience of building/managing a team of developers, critically reviewing work in order to both ensure code quality and provide ongoing raining/mentoring to developers
. Experience of managing a complex and changing codebase with multiple developers working within a source-controlled environment
. Be a Guiding Team leader
