Admin Executive, Secretary / Executive Assistant - Female

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to M.D. This includes
managing calendars, meeting arrangements, Travel Arrangements, Cab arrangements, reports and prepared requisite materials and timesheet submission, Filing documents and records
Travel & Logistics - Smooth travel management and accommodation arrangements for frequent domestic and international travels including visa and forex arrangements and office/airport transfers
Expense Management - Ensuring timely expense reimbursements claims for leadership's regular business expenses as well as for vendor payments
Interacting with Clients for scheduling and organizing meetings, trainings and workshops, collating inputs for the agenda preparation, circulating minutes of meetings (MOM) and following up on meeting outcome actionable
Event Management - Organizing events like workshop/sessions, corporate lunch/dinner, townhall and internal celebrations

Qualifications : Any Graduate

Experience : 3 to 8 years

Job Location : Madhapur - Hitech City, Hyderabad
