Job Description
3 to 5 Years of experience in Networking specifically with Service Provider, Good knowledge of the Service Provider environment, Networks and CSP process
Good understanding of the Backhaul networks/Transmission equipment should have experience on Migrations.
Experience with the Global Service provider is preferred.
JD:

• CCNA/CCNP Certified
  Specialties: LAN, WAN, Routing, Switching, Network Implementation, Administration and Troubleshooting
  Should have strong business acumen with a sharp focus to drive desirable results, and have consistently proven as a valuable resource to my clients and employers.
  Skilled in working in sync with the set parameters & motivating the team members for achieving business and individual goals.
  Should have very good communication skills
  • Will report to Project manager and will be responsible:
  • Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting routers and switches like Cisco (ASR 9000 series, 7600, 7200, 3760, 2960 series).
  • Interfaced directly with service providers, customers, field technicians, service contractors, and field service coordinators to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.
  • Report technical challenges and propose resolution strategies to senior management.
  • Follow Quality standards
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willing to work in shifts, login time start at 1:30 AM IST/ 4:30 AM IST
  • Self-Motivated and coming up with new ideas to enhance teams performance
  • Hands on Routing and switching- Cisco, Juniper preferred
  • Exposure and hands on the Ansible Tower/ Cisco NSO will be an advantage
  • Exposure to process optimization will be add on

Skills & ExperienceIT Networking, Juniper Networks Certified Professional (JNCIP), Knowledge of Networking, Networking Support, Network Operation Center (NOC)
