CRM (Customer Relationship Management):
(HQ Office / backend Job) This is NOT A MARKETING JOB
Post: CRM Jr/ Sr.Executive
Qualification: B.Tech /B.E. / Diploma + MBA/ BBA
Experience Range: 2-3 years, should be mouldable
Salary Range: 12,000 - Jr 15-17,000 Sr
Candidate Key Skills:

• Should grasp the product mix,
• MS excel knowledge is important,
• Tally ERP.
• Very Fluent English speaking
• Dealer to Corporate OEM Customer oriented attitude
• Should have had prior experience of customer interaction
• Should be a smart person, who can able to take decisions.

Job Profile:

• CRM Executive joint reporting Sales Manager and Director
• Order booking and Challans
• Giving Customer Support from Receivables/delivery/accounts/forecast/QC
• Demand / Material forecasting tools,
• Existing Customer Relationship mapping on CRM Software.
• Tracking Marketing Leads to conversion and taking over from marketing dept once inquiry converts.
• Internal follow up for deliveries/customer requirements.
• Mapping Customer requirement and coordination with internal/external vendors
• Tracking New customer initiatives, QC initiatives, Customer Loyalty Programs
• CUSTOMER ORIENTED JOB PROFILE.
