Indorse is decentralised application (Dapp). It is being built using the ReactJS framework for the front-end, NodeJS framework for the backed coupled with web3JS to interact with the Ethereum Blockchain and IPFS for storing of its data. Indorse will also plug-in in its platform other decentralized apps eg uPort, Spectrum, etc.
Current Status: Indorse has built its Proof-of-Concept web-application which demonstrates the idea of the platform. Indorse is in the process of developing a DAPP which is much more scalable and decentralized in nature, leveraging on technologies like Ethereum and IPFS
Requirement: Indorse is looking for a Javascript developer to help its Dev Team in building its mass ready product. Our candidate will be involved in development, testing, release, support and maintenance activities of the web application using Node.js, Express, HTML, CSS & jQuery, ReactJS, Truffle, Solidity.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related disciplines.
2+ years of Javascript,.
Skills & requirements:
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js
Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS)
Experience developing rich applications with HTML/CSS/JS
Good knowledge of Express, ReactJS, UI/UX experience
Intimate knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device development
Ability to write high-performance, reusable code for UI components, including appropriate testing
A desire focus and passion for creating revolutionary blockchain product
Build efficient and reusable front end abstractions and systems
Identify and address performance bottlenecks
Participate in design and code reviews
Communicate with other team members to determine the best solutions to difficult problems
Identify and communicate best practices for front end engineering
Minimum 2+ years of experience building web applications
BS or MS degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or a related field
Good to have (but not essential):
Experience contributing or managing open source projects (link to your github profile)
Experience working with cryptographic protocols (using GPG/PGP is a plus)
Understanding of Ethereum blockchain and related technologies like IPFS, Whisper, Swarm
Experience with web3.js
Experience writing smart contracts and ERC20 Tokens
