Position Responsibilities:
Develop various new features for the product using the scrum
methodology. Understand the requirement specifications in grooming sessions with BA and scrum team. Perform coding, unit testing, peer review etc. for the assigned deliverables. Perform deliveries in a timely manner and with good qualityOwn the code of gateway product for one or more markets. Participate in design reviews. Be part of cross functional scrum team and flexible to carry out tasks as needed by business
Position Requirements:
Advanced technical skills in Java, MQ (IBM / Active MQ), SQL. Exposure to design patterns, performance optimization, coding best practices, code reviews. Good analytical skills / debugging skills. Excellent team player. Ability to handle conflicts constructively. Ability to go beyond what is expected to ensure perfection. Ability to handle multiple priorities, pressure situations. Very high sense of ownership and self-drive. Exposure to agile scrum/scrum master /Kanban
