Overview:
As a Lead Solution Engineer (Specialist - Freshdesk) at Freshworks, you will work with the Field sales team and Field Solution Engineers (Generalists) to drive business growth for the region. We expect the presales consultant to be a partner to sales and work in collaboration with extended teams to drive success for Freshworks across the assigned accounts and region. You will help prospective customers and partners to understand "Why Freshworks is important to their business".
The position will be responsible to lead Solution for the assigned set of prospects and own end to end presales activities including multi product customer demos, POC, Solution Document, etc. for the assigned region.You will liaise with Product Management and Marketing to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to Freshworks Product Suite. Your job will involve you working closely with cross-functional teams of product SME's, developers and architects with a variety of both regional and international. The relationship you build with customers is crucial for the overall growth of Freshworks. We are looking for a Presales Consultant with excellent technical, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
    This will be a BU specific Expert level role where you would be responsible for Pan India growth of Freshdesk, Freshchat, Freddy and Caller thus, you will be expected to demonstrate and present CES Freshworks product portfolio as a solution.Have in-depth functional and technical discussions with customers on the product.Work with Field Generalist Solution Engineers to demonstrate value to customers.Work with prospects/customer's technical teams on discovery, demos, Freshworks value pitch for set of accounts in the region. During the process of scoping, you may be involved in complex workflow analysis and in-depth examination of the interaction between Freshworks and customer's infrastructure.Be the face of Freshworks in front of Businesses, build and present value to their business.Work closely with the product management and marketplace teams to demonstrate and prototype integrations within the customer environment. Prepare and deliver product messaging to highlight Freshworks value proposition through whiteboard and slide presentations, product demonstration, proof of concept management and RFP response documents. Provide technical mentorship and training for new hires and peers. Participate and evangelise Freshworks at events, forums.Domestic Travel will be required in this role (up to 75%).


Educational Requirements:
    Bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Work Experience required:
    7+ years of overall experience with least 4 years as a Presales/Product consultantExcellent Presentation and Public speaking skills.Experience in selling Cloud SAAS products is preferred.High level Understanding of Web Services is an added advantage.Understanding and practical experience in creating integration solutions with Enterprise applications is preferred.2+ Years of Freshdesk hands on experience (Expert Level) is mandatory. In depth Freshdesk configuration knowledge is required, basic configuration knowledge of Freshchat, Freddy, Freshcaller is acceptable.Should have experience and success stories of selling to Medium and large enterprises.
