Job Description Summary
As Digital Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of brand, product and digital marketing campaigns in GE Healthcare's South Asia Marketing function. You will be accountable for wing to wing process of understanding campaign objectives, planning, creating and executing the marketing campaigns while continuously improving marketing processes and business outcomes. The successful candidate will have a passion for collaboration with horizontal marketing and product teams and the ability to manage agencies, vendors and all other relevant stakeholders. This role will report to the General Manager Marketing, South Asia.

  • Establish marketing strategy for the assigned product portfolio and NPIs (new product introductions) by working closely with wing to wing product management teams, including product managers, clinical team, service team and central marketing and region commercial organizations.
  • Developing clear, creative MarCom strategies from complex marketing objectives and content.
  • Continually evaluating processes and strategies to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and tools designed for both the market and sales force.
  • Lead a team of marketers and agencies by assigning clear campaign asset deliverables and taking accountability to drive project closure within the set timeframe.
  • Work in a matrix environment with cross functional team of product marketing, field marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations
  • Stakeholder management - consistent reports on campaign performance by assets, TG, channels through defined metrics and recommendation for continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring adherence to corporate branding and integrating corporate guidelines into MarCom programs
  • Adaption of global branding and marketing communications programs and campaigns for South Asia region in alignment with product marketing .
  • Content marketing initiatives (from outcomes research , webinars, whitepapers) for various channels like digital Communities, website to articulate compelling story around GEHC brand themes.
  • Develop newer and innovative ways of marketing GEHC products and provide marketing communication support to wider stakeholders
  • Use judgment to make decisions or solve complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, Go To Market strategy and campaigns. Takes new perspective on existing solutions.

  • 8 plus years of experience in marketing communications or digital marketing, preferably in B2B or related industry
  • 4 plus years of experience in social media marketing- organic and paid campaigns, web/digital content marketing, SEO, SEM, and other digital platforms
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
  • Robust knowledge of integrated marketing communications and digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Proven ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse, cross-functional global teams and outside vendors
  • Ability to operate under pressure, within tight deadlines and dynamic environments
  • Knowledge of office, marketing automation, technical and digital tools, such as Microsoft Office, Marketo, Adobe, Sitecore, Google /Adobe Analytics, SEM Rush, and content management platforms
  • Demonstrated project management and budget skills
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and process skills, ability to translate output to outcomes and details oriented.
