This role will provide YOU the opportunity to Triage global service requests to oversee and support the process to purchase learning and/or learning services. The role also encompasses working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, customers and vendors and adhere to global standards and request management processes. These responsibilities include some of the following. Assist customers and requesters to ensure they have a positive customer experience. Manage requests ensuring the delivery of high-quality learning solutions that meet learning objectives and customer's expectations for global and Business Units (BUs)/functional group programs. Coordinate communications between the GSK customers and vendors during the requirements, development, and implementation or delivery of the proposed solutions. Effectively respond to enquiries from GSK customers and vendors. Support the day to day relationships with third party vendors ensuring they adhere to all required standards, processes, ways of working and documentation. Provide ad hoc reporting to monitor and manage the performance of the service. Use case management tool to resolve problems and identify improvement opportunities. Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to enhance the customer experience. We would like to speak to you, if you have these experience and skills. 1 to 5 years of relevant experience Working knowledge of case management tools e.g. ServiceNow, Integrify, Remedy. Able to run reports and summarize data to support business requirements. Experience of working with external learning providers/contractors. Customer service experience. Team oriented, flexible and collaborative approach. Proven planning and organizational skills and able to multi-task and problem solve Strong IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and team sites. Able to consult, communicate and build relationships with customer and vendors. Able to prioritize multiple projects whilst ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines. Some of the other complimentary skills entailing the role are: Identify and implement process improvements. Maintain and Track and understand KPIs and Service Level Agreement (SLAs). Provide end to end support of learning requests. Resolve customer issues which may be ambiguous. Ensure vendor meeting customer needs and requirements. Educate customer and ensure they have a sound understanding of the process. Be able to operate in a complex matrix. Interact with customers from all business areas. Interact with vendors and third parties. Resolve issues and ensure timely payment with other resolving agencies. Interact with team and input into comms cells and KPI sessions Ability to work with many different areas of the business including finance, procurement, the COE, and requestors from various business units.
