  • Lead a team of Search Specialists responsible for driving strategy and execution to help advertisers meet their business objectives, and set the vision, enable execution and inspire each team member to perform.
  • Be proactive, coach for your team, and demonstrate both expansive and reductive thinking as needed, while providing mentorship, meaningful career evaluations, and facilitating professional development plans.
  • Drive a customer-centric culture by pivoting all solutions around Customer Objectives (COs) in close partnership with Sales, prioritizing and building capabilities accordingly and be the representative of gCare for your industry.
  • Build operational excellence and foundational processes to deliver consistent and critical outputs that meet business objectives effectively.
  • Contribute to and own the strategy and execution for your team, including areas such as stakeholder management, talent recruitment, on-boarding, upskilling, vendorization, automation, operational efficiency and measuring effectiveness.
