Responsibilities
Knowledge on Logistics Management systems (Transportation Planning, TMS)
Monitors daily dashboards
Manage Client interactions and Escalations
SLA & Performance Management
Manage Shifts and drive business metrics
Problem solving skills and quick thinking to resolve customers' issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently
Participates as a part of the transition team to prepare / review the process definition & documentation for the specific process within his/her purview to enable the Manager in finalizing the to-be process
Identifies training needs for process executives and ensures training implementation for the specific process to ensure competency development across domain, operations and behavioral.
Prepares the service quality plan including the quality control, assurance and improvement at respective process level to create a comprehensive quality program for the specific processes.
Coordination with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for new and existing products.
Provides training / inputs on processes / business to the team in order to ensure delivery predictability
Conducts QC / QA programs as part of the quality plan
Technical and Professional Requirements:
Knowledge on Blue Yonder platform is an value add for the role.
