JOB DESCRIPTION

o 8+ years of working experience on SFDC technology within service delivery organization with proven experience in team management stakeholder management delivery management
o Experience with Project management and knowledge of project management principles is must
o Experience with transitioning activities is an added advantage
o Excellent understanding of OOPs concepts
o Knowledge in MS SQL DB and Mulesoft technology is desirable
o Should be able to understand the requirements and help juniors to convert them in to design and working solution.
o Should be in a position to clearly communicate (verbal and written) with other team members within the team as well as other teams such as QA and support teams
o Demonstrate highest standards of accountability by effective communication and handling/escalating of all technical and functional issues as and when they occur in a timely manner
o Take ownership on closing any process gaps or identify opportunities to improve team efficiency
MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
o Any Graduate, preferably from Science/Computer Science/Information Technology
o Minimum 10+ years of experience in Application Development using SFDC
o Excellent client-facing, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
o Good knowledge of RDBMS Concepts and ability to write SQL queries
o Good knowledge of ticketing systems like JIRA
o Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt well, to apply new skills and evolving processes
o Must be self-driven, energetic with passion for technology, and provide excellent customer support
o Result and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output
o Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills including attention to detail
o Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Team, Managers and Clients
