Job Description :
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will be involved in developing and maintaining dashboards requiring expertise in QlikView
- Knowledge and hands on experience in QlikView is a must. You should have created dashboards from scratch using QlikView. Please do not apply if you do not have this knowledge.
- Design, manage, and troubleshoot user entitlements in QlikView using Section Access, restricting both UI functionality and data visibility.
- Exhibit strong technical skills including ability to merge data from various sources, summarize data findings into user friendly reports and provide insights.
- Provide procedures and production support framework for newly built applications or processes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships through product demos, fielding queries and providing recommendations to meet reporting needs.
- Capture and document end user requirements.
- Provide input and suggestions on ways to improve reporting process where possible, streamline (automate) reporting to make it a more robust, efficient and effective process.
- Create environment of reliable data, transparency of issues, escalation, and accountability.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of deliverables and has strong organizational skills to effectively manage competing priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (science, technology, engineering, mathematics background) or equivalent
- Overall 4+ years' experience with background in reporting on large data sets, using analytics to derive meaningful insightsanddata mining
- Must have 3+ yrs hands-on experience of developing dashboards and reports using QlikView
- Experience working with queries and extraction from SAP HANA is a plus
- Hands on experience in Alteryx is good to have
- Exhibits ability to multi task and prioritize to deliver accurate and timely work in a pressured environment
- Hands-on with Microsoft Excel functionalities and SharePoint development a plus
- The role requires extensive interaction with internal customers. Good techno functional skills, strong written and verbal communication with effective collaboration skills are desired
- Excellent business judgment, particularly the ability to proactively deliver expected outcome and to address issues early, performing data mapping analysis to develop solutions
- Manage complex reporting and routine self-service dashboard solutions refresh activities
- Primarily EMEA shifts, with occasional US EST hours during critical business days of the month
