Our goal is to make our colleagues across JPMC to easily adopt and integrate appropriate controls; deliver processes and solutions efficiently and consistently and avoid redundancies; and shift left in the business lifecycle leveraging new GT platforms and automating controls during software delivery lifecycle.

Controls Operate Scope
This candidate will be primarily responsible for any external vendor engagement related activities within Controls Operate. We are part of the Cybersecurity and Technology Controls, which is within GIAM Operations. Responsible to deliver a robust Identity and Access Management (I&AM) framework. Oversee all applications, databases and platforms are on-boarded to ID Cert and request tools for certification, termination and transfer management. Perform periodic certifications, completeness, revocation and reconciliation, IT/Business Segregation of Duties,access reconciliation and audit readiness to ensure our controls are aligned with the global policies and guidelines.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Engage in vendor data validation
Perform control monitoring and testing related activities
Responsible for Identify and Access Management assigned team processes
Validate existing I&AM processes and conduct control checks to ensure end to end Application On-boarding data integrity
Prepare documentation, initiate calls/meetings and manage the lifecycle of the process
Work with internal partners and report to managers in a global team environment
Gather operational metrics and update progress in trackers
Input and upload response results among various in-house tools
Perform gap analysis
Act as the liaison amongst various technology and support teams
Identify ways to increase efficiencies and leverage technology to automate
Acts as an owner and understands or influences the business and technology strategy
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology related field or equivalent experience in the Identity and Access Management field
  • Third Party I & AM vendor engagement experience desired
  • SailPoint and SAML knowledge are beneficial
  • Working knowledge of SQL or Oracle queries desired
  • Solid understanding of role based and attribute based access
  • Solid understanding of access request, access provisioning and access certification processes
  • 3+ years of Corporate Banking Industry or professional IT experience
  • Project Management experience including solid knowledge of Identity and Access Management controls, principles, methods, SOX/SOC1 and regulatory related obligations preferred
  • Understanding of information security, key controls and how they impact the business from an operational or systems perspective
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills with ability to execute on multiple, simultaneous, complex projects
  • Results oriented, strong analytical, data management, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, team building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings among stakeholders with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view, including strong negotiation skills and developing strong client relationships
  • Demonstrate effective interaction with senior management across diverse cultures.
  • Ability to articulate complex issues concisely, communicate effectively and comfortably
  • Ability to thrive in a changing work environment, high level of energy and can work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage changes to plans
  • Ability to critically challenge when warranted with the goal of resolving issues
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint and Visio)
