Job Responsibilities:As an Asst. Accountant
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports.

Job Responsibilities:As an Asst. General Manager
- Look after day to day office administration .
- Coordinateall inward & outward couriers & shipments & communications of the company.
- Maintain staff records & other statutoryrecords or the company.
- Co-ordinate with Vendors, Suppliers & Channel Partners.
Skill Sets
Proven experience as a junior accountant
Excellent organizing abilities with great attention to detail
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, advanced formulae's like V-lookup, H-lookup, Pivots and familiarity with other relevant software's
B.Com/B.Sc in accounting, finance or relevant field.
Experience of min. 2/3 years
Proven experience as a junior accountant
