Diploma, graduate or post graduate
College degree in business, sales & marketing, or related field preferred
Prior sales experience preferred
Excellent customer services skills, outgoing, motivational and friendly
Ability to deal with pressure in meeting sales quota
Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships with members
Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner
Work cooperatively with other staff and members
Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
Ability to operate a computer and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
Profile:
Achieving daily and monthly sales targets as an individual and part of a team.
Working through the cycle of selling from proactively attracting and prospecting new members to inspiring them to join.
Managing your own sales database to successfully reach your commission goals.
Developing relationships with new and existing members and encouraging them to return to the club through excellent customer service.
Reach and surpass monthly sales projections.
Perform all basic transactions including billing change, freeze, club to club transfer, member to member transfer.
Attend sales and training meetings as necessary.
Handle member complaints and resolve issues promptly
Engage in opportunities that positively impact the member experience.
