The successful applicant will be responsible for working with multiple projects to understand requirements and to translate them into tangible solutions. You will be required to work in a team and individually to deliver quality outcomes. You will be from a highly technical background in Murex with strong offshore delivery experience You must understand design best practices and be able to implement solutions to a high quality and standard. You are required to be self-motivated and to be inquisitive about the work that you are performing, challenging assumptions and design approaches based on your viewpoints and past experience. You must contribute to the Body of Knowledge maintained by the team to support knowledge transfer and future growth.

The role will be part of an offshore team management where you need to manage the offshore team with respective to client project multiple committed deliveries.


    Murex Application Responsibility:
    . Understand the Murex system setup at the client, organization of the support teams, end of day procedures and the report delivery process
    . Collect and provide detailed technical specifications / business requirement specifications
    . Participates in peer review of requirements, technical and/or testing documentation and assists mentors junior members with same
    . Analyze DataMart setup and the table structures for the purpose of identifying redundant objects, to minimize execution time of batches, and to seek possibility of reuse of objects
    . Segregate reports by users, products, creation classes, fields needed, complexity and frequency of execution
    . Develop a generic datamodel and then create datamart objects as required for the reports
    . Execute processing scripts and batches manually or through the use of a scheduling tool like Control-M
    . Reconcile report extraction output with the onscreen / mreport output
    . Analyze differences caused by adding or removing some filter conditions / dynamic table flags / launcher flags
    . Create and suggest processes, templates and tools to streamline the development, testing and implementation phases
    . Analyses issues during planning and test execution phases
    . Provide relevant and accurate information about defects and help the business reproduce errors
    . Prepare and send effective periodic and timely status reports
    . Track the testing progress and escalate the issue well in advance
    . Assists in the preparation and execution of test plans
    . Identifies the conditions that create errors to occur and escalates outstanding issues for clarification and resolution
    . Escalates identified issues/risks in a timely fashion to the team lead.
    . Assist team lead with effort estimation related to the development and UAT
    . Ensures test documentation and deliverables are consistent with defined standards
    . Coordinate with development and infrastructure team for availability of Mx environments and database
    . Create and maintain report delivery plan with relevant traceability
    . Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    . Try to increase team's domain and application knowledge through formal / informal sessions or discussion

    Offshore Manager Responsibility:
    . In terms of client relationship management, organize, run steering committee meetings
    . Communicate project information and progress.
    . Interact with stakeholders throughout the project to ensure they are kept aware and up-to-date of any developments and manage their expectations
    . Deliver presentations and prepare documents as and when required
    . Ensure the correct level of reporting and escalation at both a client level and internal Luxoft account level
    . Facilitation of meetings
    . Working within the Global Delivery Management team to drive organizational change and best practices across the project delivery lifecycle.
    . Tracking all the on boarding and off boarding process to make sure
    . Acting as point of contact for offshore team for any escalations.


Must have

    . Previous experience in the management of delivery projects within the Murex sector, with team of 50+ at minimum
    . Proven organized, analytical and methodological approach
    . Excellent interpersonal skills: this is key, as you will need to be both a leader and a team player, capable of inspiring and influencing people across different geographical regions and within different teams
    . 15+ years of experience in Murex F2B project implementation
    . Ensure project implementation at the client site according to schedule, budget and our high quality standards.
    . Have multiple projects according to front office, risk management or back office banking function.
    . Ability to design appropriate project methodology and milestones. Also define and assign teams and resources with deliverables and deadlines, coordinating internal and external teams (client side and systems integrators) and measure and report project progress.
    . In terms of client relationship management, organize, run steering committee meetings
    . Communicate project information and progress.
    . Ensure proper agile execution, high delivery quality throughout the project lifecycle with the client
