We are looking for a creative UI/UX architect to join our team specializing in UI design and development for leading global financial technology clients

Responsibilities

. Lead UX priorities, strategies, and resources across multiple product areas and partner groups through all phases of product development.
. Drive and advocate for product excellence through partnership with cross functional teams
. Take ownership of the frontend development cycle, from rapid-prototyping to the development of production code through modern frameworks (ReactJS / Angular)
. Define scalable and repeatable UX solutions across first-party and third-party technologies (e.g., design systems, components, integration guidelines).
. Partner with Product Management and Engineering to align UX vision and activities with business goals.

Skills

Must have

. 8+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer & Developer or similar role.
. UI/UX Design expertise with an understanding of UX methodologies from user research to prototyping
. Expertise in Angular or ReactJS: 5+ years
. Experience using Redux (or ngRX): 2+ years
. Experience using TypeScript: 1+ years
. Proficiency in UI design tools (Figma / Sketch / InVision / Adobe XD)
. Experience in test automation: unit, integration, e2e tests using modern libraries (Jest / Jasmine / Karma / Cypress / React-testing-library / Mocha / Selenium)
. Demonstrable understanding of core frontend technologies (JS / HTML5 / CSS3)
. Version Control (e.g. Git)
. English Upper-Intermediate

Nice to have

. Experience in fintech industry with domain knowledge (banking, insurance, markets, etc)
. Experience building UIs for complex data-heavy applications
. Knowledge of design and architectural patterns
. Ability to interface with a range of key business stakeholders
