Role Requirement:

Both roles are 80% tactical execution and 20% strategic (Market Research, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), customer segmentation, Content Strategy, Email Campaign Strategy, Social Media Strategy, etc.)
Contract positions (quarterly renewal agreement with monthly performance checkpoint, monthly retainer payout)
KPI management, 1 standby ready backup resource during any abrupt exit, weekly/monthly reporting on performance of the resources are vendor's responsibilities

Skillset and Experience Requirement:
Have experience of working with Marketing Automation software, preferably ActiveCampaign or HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.
  • Should be able to run campaigns in Marketing Automation end-to-end (From campaign design idea to actual campaign execution to results reporting)
  • Email marketing strategy and execution experience (end-to-end ->> determine ideal content (email body and CTA), best email subject line with A/B testing, sending email to our segmented list, drip and nurture email campaigns to finally reporting on the email campaigns)
Should have flair for Content Marketing strategy and execution
  • Research and plan the ideal content type for our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Work with our content + creative agency to build those content described in step 1
  • Determine the "WHO" (ICP) to send "WHAT" (content type) and "WHERE" (which marketing channel to choose; Email, Social media, Video/Webinar leverage, etc.)
  • Maintaining Content Calendar 1 month in advance
  • Should have good presentation design skills working on Microsoft PowerPoint
Should have a ROI and data-drive marketing mindset
  • Need to produce extensive reporting based on KPI committed
  • Can take help from our team or externally to pull off a dashboard reporting with drill-down feature
  • Should own the entire statistics on a report and able to produce useful insights for our leadership to take informed decisions
Be a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for marketing department to accept, prioritize and deliver incoming marketing requests from other groups in the organization
  • Request Examples: 1. Create a flyer for a specific corporate communication requested by HR, 2. Pre-sales team asking to create a 1 pager product datasheet or help with a proposal presentation, 3. Sales team asking to build a case study to be used for referential selling (Note: Creatives/graphics can be designed by our agency; you need to think and finalize the content that goes with that creative)
Social Media Marketing:
  • Social selling experience is desirable
  • Decide the content strategy [creation of posting text with graphic creatives according to SM channel type (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) and execution and reporting on Social Media Marketing efforts]
  • Knowledge working with any of these SMM Tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sysomos, Sprout Social, Perlocate)
Video Marketing Experience:
  • Strategize and execute - Webinar, 1:1 fireside chat, Podcast, Weekly Video Discussion series
  • Build the strategy around video marketing (where to send, who to target and what to send). Execute the video marketing campaign and reporting of results achieved
  • Knowledge working with any video editing tools (Camtasia Or Prezi tool experience desirable)
Work with external PR agency and deduce PR strategy and execute to increase our Brand Positioning and Brand Equity to our target customer audience
Work with analyst companies (Gartner, Forrester, etc.) and Software Review/Evaluation vendors (G2 Crowd, Capterra, etc.) to accentuate our product/solution positioning to target market + customers
Should have fairly good knowledge on PPC (Google Ad, LinkedIn Sponsored AD and other) strategy. You need to work with an external agency to manage the PPC campaigns
Strong knowledge on SEO strategy to work with external SEO agency to define goals and execute SEO strategy to increase organic search traffic to our website
Overall knowledge on website (WordPress platform) design from strategy perspective, New ideas to implement for increasing stickiness of incoming website visitors through landing page A/B testing, capture email/contact strategy with visitors, suggest strategy to make website more intuitive and functional for website visitors in terms CTA, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
Working knowledge of Sales CRM software (preferably Salesforce CRM)

Qualifications (Desirable but not mandatory >> experience, skillset and attitude prevail over qualification)
  • B.E./B.Tech degree in computer science or Electronics and Telecommunication
  • MBA in Marketing
  • Marketing and Sales Certifications: HubSpot, Google Analytics and ADs, Hootsuite Academy, SEMrush SEO Toolkit, Salesforce Pardot Specialist, Salesforce Administrator
  • Good attitude, honest with setting expectation, high integrity, confidence with humility, appetite for constant learning and be better 1% every day
