about the role

• -Act as technical expert on R& S, datacenter networking and Wireless technologies.
• -Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex networking and security problems
• -Deploy and support multi-vendor network & security solutions
• -Deploy and support network and security monitoring & management tools
• -Prepare/update HLD & LLD , process and technical documentation
• -Support on Sev 1 incidents to resove within SLA
• -Perform RCA based on OEM inputs
• -Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations on network and security
• -Perform tool evaluation and produce recommendations
• -Work with Global IT support groups, OEMs, vendors, partners and service providers
• -Provide training to operations team (L1/L2)

about you

• 8-9 years of related experience in routing & switching, datacenter networking.
• Experience on Cico switches, Routers & wireless series. Also good hands-on on ARUBA Wireless.
• Knowledge of Software Defined Networks and Network Function Virtualization technologies
• Experience in network security technologies like ACLs, VPN, L2VPN, L3VPN, IPSEC, GRE etc.
• Implementation & Troubleshooting experience on Cisco Datacenter products including Nexus Switches 3K/5K/7K/9K.
• Implementation & Troubleshooting experience on Cisco ISR Series, ASR Series Routers
• Implementation & Troubleshooting experience on routing Protocol including OSPF/BGP/EIGRP
• Good Understanding of Network monitoring tools like Cisco Prime/Solar winds
