Expertise in Implemenattion of large Scale Entrprise Network including Routing-Swithcing & Datacenter Prodcuts
Performing Incident Management for High & Critical severity incidents
Performing Problem management for Root Cause Analysis
Preparing plan for Change Mangement and executing High Impact Changes
Taking initiatives in learning new Technology & Tools.
Effective Ticket handling to adhere Agreed SLA.
Co-ordination with customer and providing timely updates whenever required.
Effective coordination & communication with end customer to have high CSAT.
about you

Hands on experience for Cisco Switching Products including Cat 4500/6500/6800/9K
Hands on experience for Cisco Datacenter products including Nexus 3K/5K/7K/9K
Hands on experience for Cisco ISR Series, ASR Series Routers
Implementation & Troubleshooting experience on routing Protocol including OSPF/BGP/EIGRP
Good Understanding of Latest technology of SDA & ACI..Hands on experience will be added advantage.
Basic Understanding of Network monitoring tools like Cisco Prime/Solar winds
Ability to work 24x7
Minimum 6 years of related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry.
Engineer/Diploma in Electronics/ Telecom
CCIE Datacenter /CCIE R&S
Certified ITILv3 Foundation - Preferred
