Partner up with our Enterprise customers and drive the adoption of Phenom's Talent Experience Management platform. You will work in a high-energy, crazy-fun, and agile team environment, with new projects popping up quickly.
In this role you will:
  • Develop Processes across all teams including procedures, internal service level agreements, and productivity and quality metrics
  • Collaborate and build relationships among Success, Sales and Support to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Partner with Account Management to manage an integrated, complementary account management strategy focused on phenomenal customer satisfaction
  • Partner with all Customers to drive business value
  • Cooperate with Product Support to ensure timely, professional, and accurate support to all Customers.


Work Experience
  • 4+ years relevant experience with Enterprise customers
  • Familiarity with SaaS products
  • Fluent in English and German or French
  • Exposure to HR software is a big plus
  • Proven success in achieving results and being a strong team player
  • Strong communication & relationship building skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple, and at times competing priorities
  • Experience using technology, metrics, and reporting to manage a customer support function.
