Job Profile

Transition current support of RHC Onboarding from PSG (external vendor) to ROS team. Tasks include of review internal
and Client specific medical screening requirements, verify in requirements in Front Office System, request and review
Talent's medical records for satisfaction to Client requirements, submit medical screening appointments via eScreen, and
track workflow progress via tracking sheet.
Receive input request from field through intake and review to ensure all required info is included. "Required Info" is based
on Internal and Client Specific screening requirements for the onboarding process. Determine if new/additional medical
screening is needed by Talent. Confirm requirements are in FO System system. Engage Talent directly via email, phone and
Google Forms to confirm / request medical records. Following a thorough review of returned documents via Google Form,
use appropriate background/drug screen vendor to trigger screening for any additional / missing requirements in order to
start Talent. Track progress via Google Sheet, follow up with Talent via email, and escalate to Recruiters directly for
inactivity by Talent.
Key Role and Responsibilities
Proven expertise in managing a team as Team Lead level
Previous experience in setting up an HR/Financial/Operations/Shared Services Team would be of great advantage
Should have the ability to be fully hands on and be the subject matter expert as this would help the team become stronger and contribution would be needed by the team as well
Work under minimal supervision
Stakeholders management where multiple businesses have different priorities
People and Process Management seamlessly in a structured/unstructured environment
Ensuring that Business delivery plans are being adhered to as per agreement with the onshore team
Building and sustaining Strong relationship across business stakeholders
Setting up the KPIs, Goals and SWP/SOPs to build a strong foundation for the team to expand further
Focus on collaboration and Continuous Improvement
Work closely with business stakeholders Onshore and help them sustain service levels
Grooming team members and help create SMEs
Key Skills Required
7+ years of experience in managing an HR/Financial/Shared Services teams (at least 1-2 years in a Team Lead role)
Should currently be working as a Team Leader/Assistant Manager or an equivalent role as per Industry
Should have led/managed a team of 7-12 people in the Financial Domain along with being hands on and contributing in the process
Strong Problem Solving Skills with a Keen Eye/Execution for Process Improvement
Metrics Management and Creation. Working and succeeding in a SLA bound and driven set up
Should have the ability to go Micro or Macro as per business need
Good conceptual and hands on knowledge about Financial Processes
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and a demonstrated aptitude for learning new things
Ability to work within a team environment, manage business stakeholders and independently coordinate and deliver commitments
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and mutually agree timescales with onshore managers
Act with sense of urgency, practicality and integrity
Ensure stakeholder satisfaction

Monitor and review performances closely for the team members
Regular 1:1s and managing team huddles

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance is Mandatory
MBA in Finance/Operations would be desired
