Job Description
- Responsible for SW requirements analysis, internal request of SW components, put new SW into operation and test SW
- Handling and tracking System requirements (Issue SW)
- Coordination of System & SW requirements (Issue SW) between customer project & customer platform
- Initiation of technical System & SW requirement clarification with customer, function development and calibration
- Identifying customer requirements affecting monitoring functions
- Creating rough System requirement description
- Carrying out System & SW implementation review with function development/and if required with customer
- Carrying out functional acceptance of delivered System or SW (Function development, on demand with customer)
- Verification of customer documentation
- Clarifying functional safety related requirements
- Take lead in driving initiatives to enhance the team know how
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in electronics, electrical or other relevant field.
- Overall 5-7 years of experience
- Know-how of Gasoline engine management system
- Good knowledge of the SW development (Process, Methods & Tools defined in PS-EC process portal)
- Exposure to SW development tool like SDOM, RQ1 etc.
- Knowledge of FMEA, DRBFM, ISO26262, ASPICE is an added advantage
- Exposure to vehicle testing and closed loop lab cars.
- Good know-how about ECU-HW and other HW equipment's including Closed loop labs.
- Experience as SWSD in Diesel / Gasoline domain is an added advantage
- Good communication skills and self-motivated. Customer handling experience
