Designation: Manager - HR & Admin

Location: Santacruz (W)

Job Description / Job Requirements:

Overall responsible for HR & Administration Department.
Setup full spectrum of HR operations systems.
Manpower Planning and Budgeting.
Employee life cycle: Recruitment, On Boarding, Off Boarding.
Designed Organization Structure, Grade Fixation & Compensation Re-alignment.
Training & Development, Succession Planning. Implementation of Payroll Software and Salary processing (TCS ERP & Greytip).
Managing 3rd Party Contractors Complete adherence to all the compliances as per Contract Labor Act.
Structed & Implemented HR policies.
Handled end-to-end 4 PMS cycle.
Job Designing & setting up KRA's role wise with Dept. Head.
Administration & Vendor Management viz. office and site supply, guest house, fleet services, insurance, travel services.
Labor Compliance Management. Liasoning with External Authorities and Licenses pertaining to solar site such as Factory, BOCW, PCB, Ground water extraction and Gram Panchayat approval.
Employee Relations, R&R drive.
