The Role Responsibilities

• Being part of the Toxic Access Management (TAM) team, collaborate, track and monitor TAM-related initiatives and onboarding of applications, ability to coordinate, appropriate integration, and synchronization of key deliverable timelines, service implementations and contribute to enhancements resulting in better service and optimization.


• Will be responsible for business applications onboarding to Toxic Access Management service via establishing, documenting and communicating with Business, relevant stakeholders and consumers.


• Must have the ability to address as subject matter experts with varying levels of Toxic Access Management Process. Ability to address and work as part of an integral team, while ensuring efficient and effective communication.


• Work with senior leadership to understand priorities and closely coordinate with business to onboard mission critical services and to meet the set objectives of the organization.


• Provide guidance and Subject matter expertise to business and process owners.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field


• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security and 4 years in Access Management, specifically Toxic Access Management and SOD


• Certifications a Plus: CISSP, CISM, CIAM, or similar professional certifications


• Industry experience in Identity and Access management domain


• Preferred candidate with experience in Banking and Financial services with knowledge on different services.


• Knowledge and exposure in the following IAM areas are essential:

  • Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  
  
  • Roles, Rules, Profile and Policy management
  
  
  
  


• SoD management and other IAM compliance related activities


• Must have experience and knowledge of risks associated with user&rsquos access in the business applications


• Must have knowledge of impact of user&rsquos access and Toxic Access Combination in very complex environment


• Must have understanding or knowledge of &ldquoLeast Privileged" access management methodology in line with Segregation of Duties /SOX guidelines


• Must have experience with managing access management controls and processes, access modelling methodologies (e.g. Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Authorisation policy management, and risk-based methods of access lifecycle management for applications and data
