Brief Scope

  • Govern and assure adherence to service design process controls

  • Relationship management of key stakeholders across the group (including wholly owned entities)

  • Support SDF, Cloud Governance Framework and TPRM assurance requirements

Reporting to :Lead - Governance and Assurance

Academic %26amp; Professional
Field of Study :Degree in Technolgoy / Computer Science or relevant experience

Certification :ITIL Certification - Foundation minimum, Intermediate would be an advantage

Equivalent or related certification - Cyber Resilience, Business Continuity and Service Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery.

2.Skills %26amp; Attributes

The following skills are required to be successful in performing this position:
Must have :

  • Proficient knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and practices

  • 5- 7 years in IT Resilience %26amp; Service Continuity Management and/or IT Infrastructure Support preferably in a Banking / Financial / MNC environment or a complex IT environment

  • Experience in both the technical and managerial aspects of IT Service Continuity, IT Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management planning.

  • An understanding of Technology Operations and Audit/Regulatory requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex systems and processes

  • Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders

  • Excellent communication skills including writing, editing and presentation skills

  • Ability to deliver consistent results under pressure

  • Ability to think independently and exercise initiative pro-actively

  • Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment. Ability to interact with individuals on all organizational levels

  • Strong and excellent stakeholder management in handling issue, incident and escalation

Nice to have:

  • Masters / Intermediate ITIL Certification

  • IT related skill set on DevOps, Cloud, Project Management Professional

  • Consultanty work in Crisis Management, IT Resiliency and Cyber Resilience

  • Six Sigma or LEAN process


  • Background of Automation, AI and Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

  • Standardizing IT Resilience impact assessment across all global delivery projects in aligning to the latest regulatory policies, compliance, technology and threat requirements.

  • Review, assess, respond and remediate - ensure all IT delivery has quality respond and recovery planning in the event of catastrophe. Identifying the resilience gap in the aspect of People, Process and Technology.

  • Risk %26amp; Control - Non-standard, non-compliance and risk deliverables are being tracked and remediate without any fear, prejudice and favourism.

  • Ability to analyse complex issues and translate these into clear and concise reports to senior management and CIO forums. Ensure internal processes, standards and risk compliance (including security, regulatory and audit requirements) are met.

  • Strong data analytic interpretation and ability to provide good presentation report in alignment to our organization's objective and vision.

  • Self-educate and development in Resilient, Governance, Audit, Compliance, Technology, Risk, Crisis and Service Continuity Management which will assists and require in daily work operations.
Service Management
  • Define, maintain, and develop IT Services and System records for use across the processes
  • Lead and participate in process review meetings with key stakeholders, to evaluate process service usage, ownership, actions and next steps
  • Maintain and develop governance and assurance documentation, and ensure these are well understood and accessible
  • Introduce ways to measure performance and satisfaction for services, and put in place improvement plans

  • Reporting %26amp; Governance
  • Support the development of dashboards and reporting to evaluate the process performance and ensure management oversight
  • Capture, log and manage underlying resilience risks from service design process controls and risk indicators
  • Implement best practice processes, governance reporting in order to support visibility and oversight by T%26amp;I Mgmt teams. Consistently assure adherence to process controls

  • Centralizing the repository artefacts %26amp; improve governance of document management processes. E.g Automation

  • 3rd Party Services

    • Support assurance of 3rd party resilience inline with service design process controls

    • Facilitate ongoing governance of resilience controls to ensure reduction of resilience operational risk
  • Facilitate ongoing dialog between key stakeholders to ensure coordination and alignment with service design process goals
  • Proactive engagement across T%26amp;I delivery teams to ensure the service design agenda maintains its suitability and to help promote the service portfolio firm wide
  • Produce high quality, timely and valuable communication which enhances process credibility
  • Identify training requirements for teams / individuals
  • Ability to bring together and work with a team of people with varied backgrounds - business analysts, technical experts, project managers, tech services - to articulate and remedy service continuity related issues
